Zoco is a quick-service kitchen cooking Middle Eastern and Mexican food in Hyderabad. We're building our team, and we're looking for people who care about doing the work properly.
Every dish, every call, every decision starts with the person eating it.
If it's not good enough for our own family, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
Consistency is a skill. We train for it, we check for it, and we take it seriously.
Today's kitchen team is tomorrow's leadership. We invest in people who want a real career here.
Every person on the team has a voice, whether you've been here a week or a year. We're building a kitchen where people from different backgrounds are genuinely welcome, and where you're treated with respect on a bad day and a good one.
We train on the job, pair newer team members with people who've done it longer, and we'd rather promote from inside the kitchen than hire from outside it. If you want to build a real career in food and hospitality, this is a place that will invest in that.
Clean stations, safe equipment, and an environment where people can focus on doing great work without cutting corners. Hygiene and safety aren't negotiable here: our vegetarian and non-vegetarian prep areas are kept fully separate, ingredient handling follows a strict routine, and we treat kitchen cleanliness as part of the job, not an afterthought.
All roles are in Hyderabad, six days a week with a rotating weekly off.
